In the final stretch of the project, and after a pilot period in which the quality of the training material will be tested, as well as its didactic usefulness, the corresponding findings will be analysed, and a position paper with lesson learned for policy makers and guidelines for future training in VET ecosystem, as well as possible fine-tuning measures for the DREAM Toolkit, will be developed.
These guidelines will shape the final outcome of the project, and will allow for the dissemination of the results, as well as the experience and lessons learned by the consortium during its participation in the different phases of the project. Guidelines will serve as a useful tool for the EU formal and non-formal VET ecosystem and policy makers.
In this way, DREAM guidelines will contribute to boost formal and non-formal VET ecosystems in support of SMEs, especially microenterprises that are more vulnerable to changes in the environment, aligning with the project's objectives.
